Job Title: Human Resource Systems Administrator- Restaurant Support Center (RSC)
Location: Jacksonville, TX
Salary: $75,000/yr.
**Must reside within 40 miles of the Jacksonville home office. This role will be performed at the restaurant support center home office in Jacksonville.**

Our Restaurant Support Center (RSC) is the hub where we optimize HR systems, ensure smooth HR processes, and deliver top-notch service to support our team members across all locations.
We are seeking a tech savvy HR professional in Human Resources information Systems (HRIS) to join our team as a Human Resources System Administrator at the RSC. If you thrive on using technology to solve problems, improve efficiency, and support a diverse team, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- HRIS Administration: Manage and maintain HR systems, including configuration, user support, and system updates
- Serve as the point of contact for HRIS troubleshooting and technical support for Operations Associates
- Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and resolving data discrepancies
- Coordinate and administer the HR filing and data input systems.
- HR Support: Provide timely and accurate responses to Operations associates
- Support HR Director, Field Training team, Trainees, Recruiting team, and Benefits coordinator
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and support
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- General daily duties such as answering phones promptly and providing great customer service to our callers
- Printing and working office equipment
- Creating a calm and friendly environment with your peers
- Creating spreadsheets and PowerPoints for meetings
- Book travel arrangements for our Executive Team, Trainees, New Store Openings, as well as car rentals and flights with our pilot Harvey
- Planning and Booking events and meeting spaces for our P&L meetings and arranging food if needed, as well as parking for bigger events
- Overseeing Food Handlers, Auto Insurance of employees,
- Background checks
- Direct Deposits
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, or related field is preferred
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in HRIS administration or HR technology support.
- Human Resources/Benefits Administration experience is preferred
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong understanding of HR processes, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Experience managing system integrations with payroll, benefits, or applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiar with Paylocity is a plus
Requirements:
- Must obtain a valid driver’s license and have an active auto insurance policy on your reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must be willing to participate in a 2-week training program inside one of our Taco Bell restaurants. This training will require you to work a variety of morning, mid, and closing shifts along with the team to receive some insight into day-to-day operations inside our restaurants. All positions at the RSC are required to work this program to provide the upmost support to our field.
